A two-day, live women's health event.
This weekend is for you.
This is a chance to tune out the stress and noise and tune in to yourself.
This is a space to learn, practice, play and connect with a community of women on a mission to take back the power over their health.

Robyn Johnson
speaking on: skin & hormone health
Robyn Johnson is a Functional Medicine Dietitian Nutritionist. Her passion of using food and lifestyle as medicine found her after a personal battle and triumph with psoriasis. She specializes in helping women address the root cause of skin & hormonal struggles & believes you deserve to feel GOOD in your skin all month long!.
Robyn runs a virtual private practice and is the creator of The Clear Skin Lab online acne program. She also recently launched a hydration powder called RAYVI to help make mineral intake easier for all.
Christa Biegler
speaking on: energy & living a less-stressed life
Christa Biegler is an award-winning dietitian nutritionist, host of the Less Stressed Life podcast, and author of The Eczema Relief Diet & Cookbook. She helps health-savvy women beat bloat, burnout & eczema breakouts with her podcast, programs and private practice. She lives with her unicycling husband & kids in the Midwest. The Less Stressed Life Podcast & Nutrition mission is that everyone deserves a less stressed life without inflammation, food sensitivities and fatigue.
Leah Levitan
facilitating: Self Lymphatic Drainage Techniques
Leah is a licensed massage therapist, educator, and Vodder certified lymphatic drainage specialist. In her Austin clinic, she assists and supports women as they navigate their unique healing journey. She approaches the body with brain-based bodywork that harnesses the power of the lymphatic system to address chronic inflammation, nervous system disruption, hormone imbalance, and so much more. She founded Lymph Love Club in 2020 after posting tips and tricks for her clients to learn how to move their lymph at home. The response was overwhelming, and humans everywhere were ready to learn about, trust, and take ownership of their body's innate healing capabilities. With all the healing journeys she's witnessed, she says "It's not always about a cure or being symptom free, but rather gaining access to a level of healing beyond what you thought might be possible. Bea is the founder of Thetabreathwork™, certified in Thetahealing® and Breathwork + Hypnosis.
She works with 7-figure business owners to increase their impact and income taking aligned actions and living a fulfilled life.
Bea is born and raised in Brazil but has been traveling all around the world bringing ThetaBreathwork™ into her communities, events, and retreats.

Kelsey Smith
speaking on: maximizing your fitness by syncing with your cycle
Kelsey is a Registered Dietitian who marries the world of sports and functional nutrition. As a former athlete herself, Kelsey started as a competitive gymnast for eight years, then ran D1 track and cross country in college. However, it was her own bumpy relationship with food that led her to become a dietitian. With a background in nutrition and psychology, Kelsey approaches nutrition with an understanding of the complexity between food and behavior. She views food as freedom: freedom from chronic disease, freedom to enjoy activity, and freedom from guilt. She enjoys working with clients using a root cause approach to help them discover how food can unlock not only their health potential, but also help them lead satisfying, full lives.
Dr. Lindsey Matthews

Lindsey is a co-founder and chiropractor at Willow Haus in New Braunfels, TX . Lindsey and her husband Lance currently call Wimberley, TX home.

Julia Warren
facilitating: gentle morning yoga on Sunday
Julia Is a 500 hour trauma informed RYT who came into the practice of yoga 12 years ago in a time of healing and transition. Her passion lies in holding space for whoever may need it, in any walk of life and to form connection through doing so. Movement along with meditation is what lights her up the most and is what she strives to share with those around her. She works with clients online, teaching group classes and well as one-on-one sessions with those who may need a little more support. She works closely with individuals walking through grief, addiction recovery or those simply looking for a deeper connection back to self.
Jen Fugo
speaking on: the gut-immune connection
Jennifer Fugo, MS, LDN, CNS is a clinical nutritionist empowering adults who’ve been failed by conventional medicine to beat chronic skin and unending gut challenges. She has experience working with conditions such as eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, dandruff + hives — with clientele ranging from regular folks to celebrities + professional athletes.
Jennifer also founded her own line of skincare + supplements available at www.QuellShop.com specifically for people struggling with these chronic skin issues.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport and is a Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Nutrition Specialist. Ayla Barmmer, MS, RDN, LDN, is a registered dietitian nutritionist, functional medicine practitioner and the founder, and CEO, of FullWell, a fertility wellness and education brand. Her entire career focus has been to advance the health and empowerment of practitioners, patients and families through nutritional science, functional medicine and evidence-based holistic solutions.

There will be optional morning movement sessions around 7 am and the event itself will run from ~8-7 on Saturday and ~8-4 on Sunday.
No, the event will run full days on Saturday and Sunday but does not include an overnight stay.
There will be gluten-free and dairy-free options at all meals. We will be in touch with attendees about dietary restrictions ahead of solidifying our menu.
ANY woman who is interested in learning, connecting and taking back the power over her health.
This event is open to both practitioners and non-practitioners because we believe there should be a space for education and empowerment for everyone - regardless of your credentials.

The event itself is not pre-approved for CEUs but you can submit each live lecture for CEUs using the activity code 170.
We will put together an email with instructions for how to do this.
Once you step into the venue, we'll take care of you.
We have optional gentle movement sessions early each morning followed by a break to run back to the hotel to change/grab anything you might need.
We have the entire venue to ourselves all weekend so if you'd rather change clothes on site instead of going back to your hotel, you can absolutely do that. There is plenty of space to leave bags, etc.
Next up is breakfast & expo time to check out some of our favorite companies making waves in the health space.
From there we have an incredible lineup of speakers & facilitators throughout the rest of the day. This will range from lecture-style, to activities like breathwork or lymphatic drainage and Q&A panels where you can ask our speakers your burning questions.
Midday we will take a brain break to enjoy a delicious lunch and get more time to walk around and hang out.
Saturday night is all about fun at the Happy Hormone Happy Hour - we'll be hanging out, connecting, enjoying cocktails/mocktails, playing games, dancing, etc.
We will not be selling single-day passes. Ya'll, we're not event planners 🤣 we can only handle so much complexity.

Nursing babies are welcome! There is plenty of space to bring anything you might need and lots of private/quiet locations if needed.
Due to the nature and expense of live events and the fact that we have to forecast how much food to purchase, there will be no refunds.
