This includes 1 HTMA, our comprehensive blood panel*, a recorded video interpretation from one of our RDs, a custom protocol and one week of Q&A access through Practice Better. 

How it works:

1. Within 3 business days of your purchase, we will mail you a hair mineral test to complete and place your blood labs order. 
2. Once we submit your order, you'll get a few emails as we create an account for you inside Practice Better & send client paperwork your way. 
3. Inside Practice Better, you'll find instructions for completing your test, your requisition form to take to the lab and an intake form for you to fill out that we will use when creating your protocol & interpreting your labs. 
4. Lab work usually take 7-10 business days to result. 
5. Within 4 business days of getting your results, we will send you an in-depth video interpretation and a custom protocol based off of your results. You will keep access to this information. 
6. Should you have any questions, you will have one week from the day we send your interpretation to reach out with questions through Practice Better's messaging app.

• Who is HTMA testing for?
  • HTMAs are helpful for anyone working on their health or wanting to stay proactive about their health as they navigate different life seasons. 
  • Please note: it is best to wait 6-8 weeks after coloring your hair to complete this test. 
• Can I complete an HTMA test if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?
  • Yes, you can. 
• Who will be completing my lab interpretation?
  • Your interpretation and protocol will be created by one of the four functional RDs inside the practice here. You can read about the team here.
